  1. Read through the entire source document before translation to flag any questionable areas to raise with client.

  2. Translate the document noting any specialized terminology for client's glossary.

  3. Edit the translation against the source document ensuring any changes are reflected throughout the entire target text for consistency.

  4. Proofread the final text out loud before submission to the client.

  5. Where required, send the translation or portion thereof to a second linguist for review.

Every translation and proofreading/editing project is different. Pricing will vary depending on the complexity of the text and your requirements. Please provide the purpose of your translation or proofreading/editing project, your target audience and any other relevant information such as CAT tool or glossary requirements, format of the source document and turn around time expectation.
